Since our founding in 1885 as St Paul Roofing & Cornice Works, St Paul Corrugating Company has been innovating building products made of metal. After the turn of the century, with a new name and product to streamline the look of basement foundations, the first galvanized steel Areawall was born. Today, second and third generation employees continue to produce a variety of architectural products that out-perform in the field. Our time tested Lux-Right™ brand galvanized Areawalls and accessories offer the most complete product line available for window wells in the industry.

Although we no longer make ornate metal cornices, or pressed metal ceilings and the like, we will keep evolving and innovating new products from the company that brought you "The Original Areawall"™.
